Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking caring and dependable RNs and LPNs for Pediatric Homecare Nursing opportunities in the Louisburg, Rocky Mount, Nashville, Spring Hope and Wilson, NC areas. At this time, all shifts are available on Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem schedules. While Maxim encourages all nurses with a minimum of 1 year of experience to apply, ideal candidates for these positions should preferably have prior experience with Pediatric, Trach and G-Tube Care, as these skills are directly related to the needs of the patients. In an effort to ensure that all nurses are adequately prepared for the needs of their patients, the Louisburg office offers both in-service trainings and orientations in Trach and G-Tube Care. We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work within our clientsâ€™ homes providing direct patient care. Working with the physician, Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. As a Maxim RN / LPN you will be responsible for following a physician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Clinical Services. Maxim believes that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families and communities.
