RN / LPN positions available for weekend nights (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) to provide extended hour nursing for pediatric patients in a setting they can thrive in: their home. Our field nurses ensure that our acute pediatric patients receive care in their home equivalent to the care they would receive in the NICU / PICU. Join our team of nurses to provide care for a special little girl in Albert Lea. She is trach dependent and needs help meeting her growth and development milestones. Her and her family need you to be a part of their lives in order to help her succeed! Clinical responsibilities include adhering to the established client care plan with specific duties to include administration of medication, treatments, and monitoring of client's condition.
