RN-LPN - Adult and Pediatric Homecare - Greenville, NC

Maxim Healthcare’s Greenville, NC office is seeking qualified RNs and LPNs for Adult and Pediatric Homecare cases in the Greenville, Ayden, Wilson, Winterville, Tarboro and Rocky Mount, NC areas. At this time, all shifts are available on Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem schedules.  While Maxim encourages all nurses with a minimum of 1 year of experience to apply, ideal candidates for these positions should preferably have prior experience with Adult or Pediatric Care  (depending on the particular case). Prior experience with Ventilator and Trach Care is also preferred, as these skills are directly related to the needs of many of the patients. In an effort to ensure that all nurses are adequately prepared for the needs of their patients, the Greenville office offers in-service and orientation trainings in Ventilator and Trach Care. We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work within our clients’ homes providing direct patient care.  Working with the physician, Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.  As a Maxim RN / LPN you will be responsible for following a physician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Clinical Services.  Maxim believes that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families and communities. Qualifications  - Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required with home health experience preferred- Current CPR certification- Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements- Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray- Reliable transportation- Prior experience with Adult or Pediatric Care is preferred (depending on the particular case)- Prior experience with Ventilator and Trach Care is preferred    Benefits At Maxim we understand that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are happy to offer them the following benefits: - Flexible Scheduling & 24 hour On-call Service- Competitive Pay with Direct Deposit- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance & 401(k)- Positive Work Environment  Physicians, Case Managers, and other referral sources rely on Maxim for our dedication to compassionate skilled and unskilled homecare services.
