Currently we are seeking registered nurses or licensed practical nurses to fill this unique shift.  Come join our fun loving, hardworking, caring family.  The primary responsibility of our licensed nurses is to provided direct nursing care to our residents and supervision of nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.Professional applicants must have the following attributes and credentials:

* Ability to make independent decisions, to follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism.

* Ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.

* Ability to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel and develop/maintain good personnel relations and employee morale.

* Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.

* Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies and procedures.

* Ability to respect residents including those who have impaired cognition.

* Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform the tasks required.

* Sufficient computer skills required to perform duties.

* Current CPR Certification. 

* Current RN or LPN license in Rhode Island.

 

* Long Term Care experience preferred
