Position Description:Manages patients; plan of care collaborating with the Unit Leadership and other disciplines within the care team (i.e., completes/coordinates patient assessment, develops/monitors outcomes based plan of care, coordinates and implements plan of care, evaluates outcomes and monitors variances). Coordinates/collaborates consultations with physicians and other disciplines to ensure quality patient care.Provides hands-on expert care to patients and is accountable for managing patient care in order to meet optimal outcomes. In this, the RN adheres to the “Promises to Patients� that describe the commitment all employees make to every patient.Qualifications:ICU / Critical care experience and ACLS preferredRN license
