Perfect Attendance Program:  Employees completing three months without a non-scheduled absence receives a $25 gift card-completing a year without a non-scheduled absence receives four hours added to their PTO(paid time off) balance.· FOCUS- Finding Opportunities to Cut Unnecessary Spending:  Employees can submit suggestions on ways to reduce cost or increase revenue and get paid for their ideas-from $50 up to $2000.
