Overview: Shift: Days: 7am to 7:30pm (36 hours/week)State of the Art Intensive Care Unit at Banner Baywood Medical Center located in the East Valley. For more information, call 480-321-4580 Responsibilities: Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with facility and departmental policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction. The Registered Nurse utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of patients on his or her assigned unit. BHS Service Standards and support of healing environment are exhibited in all aspects of the Registered Nurse's performance. Qualifications: Must possess a current valid Arizona RN license or temporary Arizona RN license. Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the job. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. ACLS required.
