RN - HEART & LUNG TOWER PRE-OP CENTER
The Heart & Lung Tower at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center is committed to the highest level of patient satisfaction. This unique unit offers Nurses a variety of opportunities to further their nursing skills in a state-of-the-art environment and while working a flexible schedule to balance their work and family life . With a nurse to patient ratio of 1:4, the nursing professionals within the Heart Lung Tower provide care to a non-critical care patient population of adults pre, post cath cardiac catheterization and patients having procedures in cardio thoracic operating room. Join us now as we are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to coordinate, supervise and implement patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. The Registered Nurse is expected to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description. REQUIREMENTS: - AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State. Please refer to www.ncsbn.org for complete listing of Compact States. - ACLS/BCLS certification and resuscitation level certificate as appropriate to assigned department.
