RN/Director of Resident Care Services
Rexford Place, an Independent and Assisted Living Community with Memory Care, is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to direct the operations and supervise the staff of the Resident Care Department. The right candidate must have a strong desire to work with seniors who require memory care.
Duties include: provision of hands-on care, assessment of Residents’ needs, coordination of admissions & discharges, staffing and overall accountability for regulations compliance. Assuring all resident care employees are knowledgeable of Residents’ rights and assisted living practices.
Qualifications include: current RN license with 4 year experience in long-term care and supervisory experience.
