RN Dialysis in Sheboygan Clinic

Job Description Aurora Dialysis is looking for an RN to become part of the team, to administer hemodialysis treatments to our patients. Duties include pre & post-treatment assessments, managing patient treatments, implementing care plans, utilizing the nursing process to make recommendations for patient care, maintenance of accurate patient medical records, and so much more. Are you self-motivated, a good leader and a problem-solver? This job has a strong emphasis on direct patient care. This RN will participate in monthly patient care planning with the dialysis caregiver team. It's a great opportunity to be a patient advocate and help improve a patient's quality of life.

General Qualifications
License Registered Nurse in State of Wisconsin.
2 - 3 years experience within the last 10 yrs. in a medical surgical setting or nursing home or comparable specialty experience required. Strong clinical and assessment skills to include IV administration.

Desired Qualifications
1 year dialysis experience is desirable, but willing to train a committed applicant.
