RN Consultant- Senior Living

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:   Providing training and direction for the health services staff. Participation in the move-in and ongoing assessment process of residents according to state regulations and company policy. Planning, communication and coordinating with medical and /or other providers concerning the health care needs of residents. Ensuring the medication system and resident health records are used appropriately.  The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:   Current and active RN license. License must be in good standing. Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently in a team environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively coach and develop others.
