RN Clinical Nurse Manager for Jacksonville Home Health Agency

Advanced Homecare Inc., Jacksonville's newest home health care agency is looking for the STARS of our community's health care arena. This qualified candidate will work along side some of Jacksonville's most highly respected and versed home care clinicians in our area, in our beautiful new centrally located Southside area office building.

 

Advanced Homecare's is looking to hire a seasoned Clinical Nurse Manager (RN BSN preferred) and at least two years of current home health experience, experience with ICD-9 coding (HCS-D preferred), OASIS experience (COS-C preferred) and current clinical supervisory experience for its start up agency.

 

Candidate is responsible for the day to day management of a rapidly growing patient careload including: clinical operations of your clinical team, planning, organizing, developing and directing the management and administration of the agency in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, standards, and guidelines as well as agency policies and procedures.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong computer (Microsoft office, Excel and Outlook, type 60+ WPM)and organizational skills, exceptional written and verbal communication and team building qualities.

Must be enthusiastic, independent, goal oriented,  motivated and effective decision maker.

 

Reports directly to Director of Clinical Services.

 

May provide patient care, as needed, to assist with patient caseload needs and/or to complete admission requirements in a timely manner.
