• Case Management – Our telephonic CM Programs manage patients through the continuum of care including outpatient longitudinal care resulting in quality healthcare outcomes.
o RN Case Manager – Inpatient (Full Time)
o RN Case Manager - Outpatient
• Utilization Management –Our UM services work with our IPA healthcare team including providers and health plans.
o Utilization Management RN - Brown and Toland will train nurses who do not have UM experience.
