We currently have the following opportunity available at the Lourdes Wellness Center, Collingswood, NJ:

REGISTRAR/SCHEDULER
Wellness Center – Per Diem

The Registrar/Scheduler registers patients, answers telephones, greets visitors, maintains reception area, and schedules therapists and room assignments to meet clients needs and maintains client database.

Qualifications include: Associate’s Degree or equivalent education - especially if in wellness related topics. 2-4 min years experience required; 5-8 years preferred. Working knowledge of telephone etiquette and office technology, accurate typing skills, and ability to speak and read English and be easily understood by others are required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spread sheeting, experience or skills with database programs, excellent interpersonal communication skills, knowledge of wellness modalities, CAM and/or related topics are preferred. A flexible schedule is a must.

The Wellness Center is located in Collingswood, NJ on Haddon Ave.
