Description:Â Provides skilled nursing care with the goal of restoring, maintaining and promoting optimal mental and Physical health of patients through assessment, teaching, counseling and appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing measures.
Current MA RN License and valid driver's license required. 1 yr. acute care experience required. *Community Health experience preferred. MCH & IV experience a plus.
