REGISTERED NURSE (RN) PARTNERS HOSPICE WEEKEND INCENTIVE
Description:Provide quality clinical services to patients in the community. The care is delivered within organizations philosophy, policy and standards of community health practice. The admissions process and case management activities are included in the services provided to patients.Qualifications:Prior community health experience preferred2 years experience in acute care setting preferred, with strong preference for prior Hospice experience.Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to the pediatric, geriatric and/or adult population Working knowledge of computer devices Strong interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with people of varied backgroundsAbility to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team of health care providersGraduate of an approved School of NursingCurrent Massachusetts license as Registered NurseMinimum of one year previous nursing experience in acute care settingTravel required within PHs geographic areaSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceSee website www.partnershomecare.org Job Location: Waltham, MAJob Number: 2230Company URL: http://www.partnershomecare.org/
