Description Full-time On-Call Weekend opportunity available! FT RN needed to cover the weekends beginning at 4:30pm on Friday through Monday at 8:00am.Position covers our service areas in Riverside and Corona!Case management of hospice patients in long term care and home settings. Management of nurses aides for your team. Development of individualized plans of care for patients within 48 hours of admission. Provision of direct care, education and support to patients and family members. Management of medical regime as prescribed by attending physicians. RequirementsCurrent and valid CA RN License 1 year administrative or supervisory experience experience in either Hospice, home health, primary care clinic or other health facility Strong communication skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's licenseEEO/AA EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE!!
