Quality/Training/Implementation Specialist Needed for Growing Healthcare Consulting Firm!

Bottom Line Systems, Inc. is a regional health care consulting company, specializing in identifying and collecting managed care underpayments and denials for our customers for the past 12-years!  Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking to add several energetic, passionate people to our organization of Managed Care Professionals.  We are currently in need of full-time Manager to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Crescent Springs, KY!

 

Position ResponsibilitiesImplements production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; determines system improvements; implements change for growing Healthcare Consulting Firm.Monitors and analyzes industry-related regulations, guidelines and standards.Establishes quality goals and requirements by designing, organizing, and promoting a quality culture; develops and disseminates standards, metrics and standard operating procedure (SOP) management.Maintains quality compliance by developing and enforcing plans, programs, policies, procedures, and SOPs; conducts audits; evaluates documentation; develops improvement plans; prepares and delivers training courses.Prepares quality and training reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.Identifies training and development needs by analyzing organization results, job requirements, operational problems, plans and forecasts, and current training programs.Satisfies training and development needs by researching, designing, or purchasing training programs and media; introducing new trends in training and development.Presents training and development programs by identifying learning objectives, selecting instructional methodologies.Evaluates training and development effectiveness by assessing trainee performance; counseling managers and employees regarding future training and work restructuring.Maintains Quality/Training/Implementation staff by selecting, orienting and training associates.Maintains Quality/Training/Implementation staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining associates; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Position Requirements

 Minimum 3-5 years experience in an operational setting, preferably in managed care or hospital patient accounts.Minimum 2-3 years training and/or quality process development experience.Minimum 2-3 years supervisory or management experience.Prior experience creating a department including creating and developing department procedures and training.PC skills including experience with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.Analytical and problem solving skills necessary to investigate various issues with carriers and their contracts and to respond to questions and resolve problems.Interpersonal skills, professional conduct and communication skills to effectively gather information as questions and discuss problems with internal personnel.Mathematical skills used to calculate managed care methodologies.Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
