Assist in trending results and reporting of quality results, coaching and mentoring to gaps or breaks in process. Assist with development and implementation of internal policies and procedures. Qualifications: Prior experience in enrollment and/or member reconciliation processing, or background in quality assurance is required (experience in both preferred). - 1 year.  Experience working in a Federally regulated environment, and/or working with State and Federal guidelines, would be ideal. 1 year of experience in the health insurance industry. Candidates with process improvement experience and/or six sigma experience is a strong plus. Solid computer skills needed with GPS and COSMOS proficiency is a plus. College degree preferred. Strong analytical skills. Strong general math skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Business focus which includes an understanding of the company's vision, mission and strategy to achieve long and short term goals.
