Monarch HealthCare is currently searching for an experienced professional to join our Quality Improvement Department as our new Quality Management Nurse Specialist.

 

In this hands on role, you will be responsible to assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Monarch HealthCare's overall quality program, which includes clinical, ancillary, support and medical staff compliance with state, federal and health plan laws, statues, rules, regulations and standards.  The QM Nurse will assist in the clinical quality of care review process, the medical record audit process, and analysis of data for presentation to the Quality Management Committee and other interdepartmental committees.  The QM RN must be able to collaborate with the QM Manager to establish goals, identify interventions, and implement activities for process improvement in the QM Department. 

 

To be considered for this outstanding career opportunity, the ideal candidate will be:

 CA RN with no license restrictions, CPHQ preferred3-5 years experience in a similar role preferredAble to work independently and as a collaborative team memberStrong MS Office skills including Word and Excel; the ability to navigate simple and complex spreadsheets a mustAble to communicate complex QM issues with both clinical and non clinical partners
