Quality Improvement/Auditing Representative

JOB SUMMARY Performs quality related functions within the Quality Improvement program. Performs data analysis, and assist in developing and monitoring quality studies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (List tasks critical to completion of daily workload)A.  Participate in the development, administration and analysis of clinical & service based quality activities and projects. B.  Perform audits based on identified needs or client specific requirements. C.  Develop and deliver reports based on performance indicators or audits including data analysis. D.  Participate as a member on assigned Quality Improvement committees/subcommittees. E.  Serve as liaison with assigned departments to ensure that needs are met for QI resources. F.  Assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the QI Program and compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.   MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED): (Skills necessary to meet minimum performance standards of the position)1.  Education: BA/BS 2.  Experience: 1-3 yrs quality improvement/auditing or related in healthcare field 3.  Computer Skills: Expertise in word processing, project management skills, data management software, and data analysis and reporting.OTHER: Knowledge of quality improvement processes and performance measurement.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional skills necessary to exceed minimum performance standards)1.  Education: MA in behavioral health 2.  Experience: Managed care and/or managed behavioral healthcare 3.  Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Skills in research methodologiesIf Interested please go to resourcestaff.com and apply on-line.  Call Wendie Richards once the application has been completed at 916-679-0430.
