Quality Improvement Analyst-RN Coder
In this diversified position you will work closely with RNs and therapists to establish appropriate diagnostic codes for patients upon admission. Solid working knowledge of certified home care is required in order to analyze patient records and accurately code the patient record. You will also be an important member of the QI department, performing other QI related functions as needed. Some patient visits will be required.
Requires NJ RN licensure and a minimum of 2 years in certified home care. Must have excellent commuication and analytical skills. Prior knowledge of the principles of medical coding is required.
