Project Manager/Program Manager

Provide opperational support to PM. Be able to prepare an annual program plan to manage peer review Be able to build and maintain good customer relationships. Be able to create a program team and train and evaluate them and oversee their day-to-day operations Understand standard Project Management Methodology, as well as be open to Constella s internal Project Management methodology. Be able to develop an annual budget and maintain budget compliance and documentation Be able to ensure that program objectives are met on time and within budget Be able to successfully perform project financial forecasting, utilize financial tools in Excel, and collaborate with the Finance and Accounting Department on a daily basis Have excellent communication skills, internally and externally, and be able to effectively report-out to Senior Management on assigned projects. This person must be able to be easily understood and respectful.
