Project Management Specialist

Job Summary:

 

The Project Management Specialist is a professional with extensive experience in managing and tracking projects and performing an expansive range of operational, logistical and administrative planning, tracking and follow-ups.  This position helps support related marketing, communications, client relations and business development areas for CareNex Health Services. 

 

Essential Functions of this Position:

 

·  Create and update comprehensive Project Plans

·  Track and help prioritize impending project deadlines

·  Track conflicting deadlines amongst multiple projects/tasks simultaneously

·  Create tracking-flow documents

·  Create and maintain corporate-wide master contact management database

·  Help develop interfaces for database-to-portable devices uses

·  Vendor ordering, tracking and inventory control (marketing items)

·  CID (Corporate ID) oversight

·  Creation of PowerPoint and other multimedia presentations

·  Online marketing /competitive research

·  Follow-up correspondence and related actions among corporate clients

·  Coordination of off-site A/V presentations (equipment, scheduling, etc)

·  Internal documentation (Purchase Orders, Vendor Work Orders, etc)

·  Flexibility with extended hours (nights and occasional weekends)

Desired Experience, Background, Training

 

·  Minimum five years experience in a corporate/business environment

·  Minimum three years experience in managing multi-phase projects

·  Healthcare industry experience a “plusâ€�

·  Education:  Minimum BA in apropos curriculum

·  Software skill and experience (expertise)
