*this position will be filled in either West Hills, CA or Mason, Ohio
Department: Pharmaceutical Contracting and Industry Relations - Finance

In support of PBM's quarterly Value Assessment Committee (VAC) Meetings for Commercial Healthplans and External Clients and across several product lines including Medicare and Medicaid, the Project Leader will be primarily responsible for:
Organization and scheduling of all quarterly VAC meetings including location and meeting set-up.Co-ordination and communication of travel plans for meetings.Preparation of Financial, Clinical, Outcomes and all related powerpoint  slides for VAC meetings.Co-ordination and faciliatation of communications across several functional areas in order to bring together cohesive and aligned Presentation materials.Preparation of presentation materials for VAC meetings.Preparation and communication of outcomes/results from VAC meetings and implementation follow-up.Support PCIR Finance/Contracting department with administrative and scheduling  functions.Prepare slides, basic financial spreadsheets, and exhibits in support of new client sales and renewals.Assist in organizing and co-ordinating key projects including data and requirement gathering with department  customers. The ideal candidate will have:
BA or BS in Business, Marketing, or project management preferred but not required.Knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or pharmacybenefit management is preferred.Must have strong MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Net-Meeting skills.Organizational skills are a must. Must be a proactive communicator and good at  follow-up.Must be willing to travel at least10%.
