Project Leader-Nursing Home
The Nursing Home Quality Initiative (NHQI) Project Leader is involved in HCQIP activities, including cooperative projects, feedback, and educational efforts related to project management. The primary responsibility includes serving as project leader as assigned by the Quality Improvement Manager.

Qualifications:
Â
Education:  Must be a Registered Nurse with a current license to practice in the state of Mississippi.
Â
Experience:   Must have five years nursing home experience. Experience with licensure and certification process from the nursing home prospective.  MDS assessment and F-tag experience also required.
Â
Job Knowledge:  Must have excellent communication skills for on site teaching and public speaking at conferences, etc. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
