Project Designer (Steel, Precast structures)

Project Designer

Qualified candidates must have:

Min. 2 yrs experience in steel, pre-cast, and cast-in-place structures

BA. in Architecture, M. Arch. preferred

Proficiency in the latest AutoCad version, graphic Software (Photoshop,
Architectural Studio), 3D rendering/graphic design a plus.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Effective project coordination skills in a multiple team environment

Job Responsibilities will be:

Responsible for the preparation of DD and all phases of documentation

Assist in-house architects and engineers on a daily basis preparing
details, plans, sections, etc for CD preparation

Must be able to work and train in the Blue Bell, PA office for extended
period as part of training before stationed at the Miami office (only for
remote office candidates)
