This is a permanent direct hire position with our client in Orange County,CA.  JOB DESCRIPTION: Program Manager Specialist Assist with the development, maintenance and refinement of PMO procedures, processes, and methodologies. Responsible for the general administration of the PMO to ensure smooth running of the program management office ensuring that all requests and assignments are completed in a timely fashion and within delivery expectations Conduct individual project reviews, as required, to assess overall project quality, health, and compliance to PMO practices, processes and methodologies. Provide support as needed to the Resource Utilization Process (RUP). Serve as a liaison with project managers, project sponsors, IS managers and ministry leaders on resolving critical issues and providing added support as appropriate. Assist with the tracking of active, planned and completed projects to ensure that all project information is captured and accurately reported. Monitor and identify opportunities for improving PMO procedures, processes and methodologies.REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years experience working in a PMO At least 5 years project management experience Strong knowledge of project management practices and methodologies.    College education preferred with Bachelors or equivalent experience.
