In response to continued demand for its services, Silverlink Communications, located in Burlington, MA, is looking for two self-motivated, outgoing professionals who believe honesty and integrity paves the way for successful, long-term relationships with customers.  As a Program Manager you will focus on delivering multi-modal communications solutions to large healthcare enterprises using a combination of voice, print, and electronic mediums.

Responsibilities:

 Scopes complex projects with business development, documents and educates delivery team on pending opportunities.Translates contracts into project plans and implementation documentation.  Identifies issues and resource constraints throughout engagement cycle.Ensures programs are launched and executed on-time, in-scope, and on budget.  Communicates progress to management on a regular basis.Owns responsibility for data integrity, reporting accuracy, and solution delivery.Manages daily account activity, works with delivery organization and sales to ensure customer satisfaction and identify intra-account growth opportunities.



Requirements/Educations/Skills:

 5-8 years of practical, hands-on experience managing complex projects in cross-functional settingsComfortable working within a fluid environment under tight deadlinesProficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with project planning and executionExcellent customer-facing communication and presentation skillsExcellent client management skillsNumeric and financial aptitude (comfortable with financial reporting, ROI models, and P&Ls and data manipulation)PMI training or certification, consulting, communications, business process outsourcing, and web 2.0 are a plusHealthcare experience preferredFlexibility to travel up to 25% required
