Shift:                           Days, with on-call requirements

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:     Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts preferred Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Nursing preferred One year management experience

 

Position Description:   Directs and coordinates all management functions in a multidisciplinary environment including responsibility for Nursing services, Social Services and Occupational Therapy.  Develops plans for service growth and implementation of new services.  Responsible for quality patient care, overall operations, resource management and financial performance of the unit.  Requirements: RN preferred, 5+ years psych experience, previous management experience, masters degree preferred.
