Program Coordinator, Suicide Prevention Program

Position Summary:

Half time position working in new, model program to train local health care providers, case managers and elder care workers, provide clinical evaluation and support as needed, and assertive case management to assist older adults in finding needed mental health services. Position may be combined with Emergency Services or Outpatient Center for full time position. Position is part of suicide prevention services within the Riverside Trauma Center.

 

Requirements:

Independently licensed clinician, preferably with 2 or more years of experience. Location: Upton/ Milford MA.
