Job Description

This person will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) program.  This position will assist with all aspects of the production process to include scheduling, managing the client and campaign specific details, create campaign documentation, compile campaign results and assist with program management. This person will work closely with various internal departments and vendors to insure timely and efficient AutoDialog® campaign production.

 

Primary ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management: Set up and maintenance of all client-specific details associated with each IVR campaign, create and maintain job schedules, and update and distribute schedulesProject Management: Assist with management of all aspects of the program including, but not limited to schedule planning, telecommunication requests, vendor interaction, problem resolution, and researchData Management, Reporting and Documentation: Maintain campaign-related documents.  Prepare standard reports and reports on request, provide date for client presentations, and various Quality Control tasks 

Qualifications

· College Degree required

· 1 - 3 years experience in commercial environment

· Organizational and documentation skills

· Working Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint

· Ability to work in a dynamic environment

· Ability to work independently
