Professional Services Manager
HLS MedFreight ® is an information services company focused on healthcare logistics. We take pride in being the first company to manage inbound and outbound freight for providers (hospitals, clinics, etc.) in the healthcare industry. We are a rapidly growing privately-held company located in Westerville, Ohio. Information technology has been key to our success and is the platform for our planned future growth. Our team is growing and we are seeking a Professional Services Manager who is an energetic, congenial, highly-motivated, persuasive, and detail-oriented professional who will excel in a fast-paced company.

Responsibilities
· Manage multiple concurrent implementations to timely and successful completion.
· Manage the completion of all tasks on the implementation checklist.
· Possesses a complete understanding of the HLS MedFreight program to educate new customers.
· Conduct presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to new customers via webcast and in person.
· Facilitate the collection of customer information for set-up on the program.
· Work with customer IT personnel to develop pertinent reports.
· Utilize Microsoft Excel to prepare analytical spreadsheets of a hospital’s estimated savings on the program and for other support documents needed in the implementation.
· Utilize Microsoft Word for multiple customer interactions, including daily e-mails, status reports, and creation of customer letters.
· Be a customer liaison for questions/issues during the implementation process and coordinate answers for freight management questions with other HLS MedFreight team members.
Qualifications
· Excellent communicator (with exceptional telephone skills), self-starter, and team player with the ability to influence decision makers.
· Minimum of 8-10 years professional experience.
· Project management experience is a plus.
· Organized, detailed, accurate and able to manage multiple projects.
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills required.
· Ability to travel nationwide – at times up to 4-6 days per month.
· Bachelors Degree required.
