Location: Chicago, ILRelocation Provided: NoEducation Required: Bachelors DegreeExperience Required: At least 4 yearsPosition Description:BASIC FUNCTION:Working on the CCSP Business Governance team this position is accountable for coordinating with the Health Care Management (HCM) Division requirements and impacts of future state processes for claims and customer servicing Enterprise wide. The Health Care Management Liaison collects, coordinates, communicates, maintains, and enforces the overall business vision as it impacts the Health Care Management Division for requirements of CCSP processes and sub-processes. Position will provide continued functional area business perspective/requirements for all aspects of the CCSP process. This would include participating in functional area meetings and receiving information on current processes, activities and future requirements. Works closely with the Governance Office Business Specialist to interpret and document all requirements both functional and non-functional.The Health Care Management Liaison will communicate and update CCSP Business Governance on activities and initiatives in functional marketing areas that potentially impact CCSP Program. Position also will communicate to the functional areas the requirements and processes from the CCSP Program that will potentially impact marketing. The Health Care Management Liaison communicates and interprets future state processes through written documentation, requirements gathering and facilitated sessions with the Health Care Management Departments Enterprise wide. Maintains all documentation related to the business project through the program Governance Office. Position manages process documentation for multiple projects across the entire lifecycle of each. JOB REQUIREMENTS:1) Bachelor Degree or 4 years business experience OR 4 years experience in process improvement and development of business metrics, and 4 years experience in a health care role involving judgment and analytical skills 2) Experience in leading, developing, or managing employees 3) Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills 4) Is thoroughly familiar with the enterprise's products, services, finances, and strategies and with the business forces acting on the enterprise, such as customers, suppliers, competitors and regulators 5) Experience working with all levels in the organization, leading projects and problem resolution 6) Experience facilitating group meetings including representing the company with external customers 7) Proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes 8)Analytical and organizational sills including experience in meeting deadlines.PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1) Experience in process flow charting 2) Experience working with a project management methodology 3) Experience using quality improvement programs such as Total Quality Management (TQM), or Six Sigma 4) Ability to travel..
