We are currently recruiting for a Practice Administrator for our OB/GYN practice located in Baltimore City.Reporting to Senior Director of Clinical Operations, the Practice Administrator is a working manager, who partners and shares joint accountability with the Office Medical Director (OMD). The PA is responsible for daily operations of the medical practice, which includes maximizing operational workflow and efficiency, assuring financial viability and providing high quality health care services. Demonstrates a strong customer service philosophy where standards are established for the practice, maintains excellent interpersonal skills, has ability to create a positive work environment and demonstrates superior patient relations. Requires knowledge of ambulatory care operations, specifically in OB/GYN.
