The Planner position in the Corporate Planning office provides strategic planning, business development and market analysis support to leadership across the corporation. In addition to developing and presenting analyses of market trends and opportunities, the Planner assists hospital and service line executives with implementation and business strategies for new and expanded services and programs. Requirements include a 4-year degree in Healthcare Management or Business; Master’s degree is preferred. Two to three years of experience required; experience should be a combination of healthcare and business and should include business planning with a solid knowledge of healthcare trends. PC knowledge and the ability to work with a variety of databases are required skill sets. Effective communication skills are also essential.
