Physician Services Representative

 

Genesis Physicians Group is an Independent Physician Association, wholly owned by physicians, with over 1500 physicians in the North Texas area.  We have been in business since 1986 and offer a comprehensive benefit package for our employees.  We have a position open for a Physician Services Representative who will assist in development, maintenance and enhancement of Genesis Physicians Group's relationships with physicians and ancillary providers.  The Physician Services Rep provides education, problem resolution assistance to providers, and looks for ways to enhance and develop the provider network in the most effective way possible.Must be able to communicate effectively, clearly and professionally to both individuals and groups.  Good analytical, organizational and presentation skills needed.  Must have an understanding of finances within a physician's office.  Two years of managed care/healthcare experience required as well as two years of customer service or provider relations experience.
