Department: Physician RelationsSalary: Min. $15.10 per hour, DOE.Hours: Full time, days.Location: 70th and SPW Admin OfficesThe coordinator provides administrative and program assistance to the Physician Relations program which interfaces with departments throughout Seattle Children's. The coordinator's role supports faculty and community physician related communications, systems improvement, outreach visits and marketing.Requires:* High school graduate or equivalent * At least 2 years experience in marketing, marketing research, or health care   Very proficient in Microsoft Excel including functions and database management*        Competent in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook software applications *        Very proficient in Microsoft Excel including functions and database management*        Competent in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook software applications*        Excellent communications and interpersonal skills*        Excellent writing skills *        Ability to synthesize and summarize dataWorks well independently and as part of a teamPrefers:* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or health care or equivalent combination of education and experience * Experience with Visio, customer relationship management applications, and Crystal Report writing * Experience in a customer service role in a health care provider organization *      At Children's, we believe in accountability, respect and teamwork - not only with patients and their families, but also with each other.
