Physician Recruiter
Hamot Medical Center, an award winning 360-bed regional referral hospital in Northwestern PA, is seeking a Physician Recruiter to maintain/increase the necessary compliment of medical specialist required to support the needs of the programs and services offered by the Hamot Health Foundation and affiliated practices.
Â
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interview, sales, communication and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to plan, prioritize, organize and project workload. This position requires the ability to analyze the current medical practices and specialties to determine the personality types that will be most effective with the groups and use this knowledge during the recruitment process.Â
Â
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a health related field and three to five years of experience in physician recruitment.
