Physician Practice Marketing and Business Development

Growing physician practice in The Woodlands is in need of a Marketing/Business Development Coordinator.

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; maintaining promotional materials inventory; attending appropriate meetings promotional events; develop relationships with referring physicians offices; maintaining databases; preparing reports, as needed. 

Duties:

* Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.

* Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.

* Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

* Specific areas of concentration are preparing print media ads for both publications and hand-outs, web site and internet marketing, visiting referring physicians' offices, and handling all requests from yellow page vendors.
