Physician Compensation Analyst

Seeking a Physician Compensation Analyst to oversee incentive based physician compensation program. Candidate will need to demonstrate ability to apply accounting principles & perform quantitative analysis.  Advanced Excel & accounting software skills will be required. An understanding of medical billing and payor reimbursement will be highly valued in filling this position.     Responsibilities include but not limited to:  Function as liaison to billing company.  Analyze and research reimbursement trends of third party payors. Establish professional contacts with government payors. Monitor, analyze & prepare monthly physician compensation and present to corporate officers.  Plan and coordinate In-service documentation classes.  Supervise chart reconciliaton.
