Physical Therapy Assistant (Orthopedic)

Newark Beth Israel Medical Center is accredited by Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO); The American Osteopathic Association; the Cancer Commission of the American College of Surgeons; and The College of American Pathologists  Responsibilities will include the treatment for both inpatients and outpatient; educates internal and external customers; directly supervises the clinical work of the technicians and keeps the supervisor and managers informed; collaborates scheduling of outpatient and inpatient caseload in conjunction with supervisor.etc. Minimum Required Qualifications: AAS Physical Therapy, Temporary licensure or current New Jersey Licensure, Successful completion of all orientation programs, BLS certification within ninety days of hire to the department; Preferred Qualifications APTA Member CI Certification by APTAAcute Care, Inpatient work experience required.
