HOME CARE STAFFING is a staffing agency in North Texas providing contract therapy staffing to home health agencies, hospitals, nursing homes and medical clinics.

We provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Skilled Nursing, and Private Pay attendant’s services to home health agencies and the medical communities.

Responsibilities:

·                     PT is responsible for assessment at patients home

·                     Communicate with patient’s physician, home health agency, hospital, nursing home and Supervise physical therapist assistants

·                     Work closely with agency manager and office staff

·                     PT will be in charge of evaluations, supervisory visits and all around orthopedic care of assigned patients

·                     Provide physical therapy services to patients according to written physician plan of care

·                     Initiate physical therapy Plan of Care

·                     Identifies patient and family/caregiver needs for other home health services and refer as necessary

·                     Assesses and evaluate patient status

·                     Complete, maintains, and submits timely and accurate progress notes

 

Qualifications:

A bachelors or Masters degree in physical therapy

License to practice in the State of Texas

Minimum 2 years as a physical therapist with at least one year in home health.

Must be hardworking, outgoing, and energetic.

Must have a valued driver’s license and willing to travel throughout North TexasNo overnight travel
