Brook Hollow Health Care Center in Wallingford, CT is looking to hire physical therapist, physical therapy assistants, and occupational therapists for it's  in-house Premier Therapy program We are a 180 bed, company-owned and operated skilled nursing subacute facility. Our Premier Therapy division manages the in-house therapy programs for Revera Living. We are a division of Revera; therefore, you work directly for the company and receive our highly competitive compensation and benefits package. In a number of our buildings, we offer our innovative S.T.A.R. (Specialized Therapy and Rehabilitation) program which is a separate, attractive environment for the sub acute, complex short-term care patient. Requirements
Graduate of an accredited therapy program and be eligible for state licensure.
