  One of our preferred clients is seeking a physical therapist for a full time  contract opportunity at their long term care facility in the North Wales area.  This is your opportunity to work at a facility whose mission is to enhance the quality of life of seniors by providing exceptional care in innovative living environments, assisting family caregivers, and by answering important questions about aging through research.

 Position Description

The facility is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care as well as demonstrate ability to adapt examination techniques and treatment plans according to the needs of the patient. Additionally, will demonstrate optimal case management of patients and utilize appropriate pathways/guidelines. Follows proper procedures for documentation, billing and insurance benefits. Assumes a caseload appropriate to area.





 

Position Requirements

 

~Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.

~Must possess strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
~Must possess a strong commitment to the goals, mission, and philosophy of the organization.
~Ability to work flexible hours as required and to meet identified patient needs.
~Absolute integrity and the use of good judgment to handle the professional and confidential nature of assignments.
~Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.
