ARAMARK Healthcare is seeking a Plant Operations Manager for a leading healthcare facility in the Northeast, Indiana area. As an Plant Operations Manager, you will oversee the manufacturing, maintenance and quality areas for the healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will be focused on, but not limited to improving organizational capabilities, optimizing processes, building teams and management development, meeting budgets and improving standards of performance, quality and safety. You will manage, monitor, and support the plant operations maintenance department and their programs to provide a safe, attractive, and functional hospital environment. Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; at least 5 years of management/director level experience in an acute care hospital plant operations environment Familiarity with HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems The ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, and the leadership skills to lead a diverse workforce with varying abilities and skills Familiarity with JCAHO requirements and NFPA guidelines is desirable Previous project management experience in new construction is also essential to success in this role Must have a current valid Healthcare Construction Certification (HCC) We require that all ARAMARK Healthcare employees have a completed background check and drug screen on file.
