Phone Technician Contact physician office¿s and patients to communicate prescription clarification request as directed by a pharmacist. The technician will not take any clinical information from either the physician office or representative. Document calls per ESI Policies & Procedures. -Make outbound calls to a physician office or patient to clarify prescription information as directed by a pharmacist. This position requires a working knowledge of Compass, VAX, Panagon, and Filenet (Personal Work Manager). Must have knowledge of Filenet queues. Need to possess excellent communication skills. -Maintain accurate and complete documentation of outbound call per policies and procedures. Schedule is Monday-Friday 9-5:50 Starts at $10.00/hrQualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent -1-2 years experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a call center environment -Excellent phone presentation skills and communication skills -Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner -Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions. -General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office and Internet. -Willingness to work a flexible schedule for peak call timesTo apply log on to www.express-scripts.com/careers and search for job ID#7342.
