If that describes you, then you belong with CMB. CMB Laboratory is currently recruiting for a Phlebotomist in the Orange County and Los Angeles area. This is a full-time, day shift (9:00a.m.- 6:00p.m.), benefited position. Job Description: A minimum of two years experience as a phlebotomist is preferred.• A phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency, completion of an approved phlebotomy training course, or equivalent experience through previous employment• Proficiency in all of the following: blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups, urine collections, pediatric blood collections, geriatric blood collection and any other difficult draws.• A comprehensive understanding of compliance and safety, and is able to effectively communicate the importance of quality and safety to other employees and team members. • Must be reliable and responsible and display excellent customer service skills.Job Requirements: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years experience. Meet all state & local requirements for Phlebotomy.
