THE POSITION

Exciting opportunity for incoming Pharmacy Sales Manager - this position will be responsible for managing all functions associated with the further development of our Pharmacy Personnel Solutions Operations in the Midwest Market, based out of our Downtown Chicago, IL office. Successful candidate will be responsible for direct contact and relationships building with Pharmacy Directors and Managers at Hospitals, Clinics, Long-term Care, Retail, and Home Infusion Pharmacies. Key objective will be to increase our Pharmacy Client base and to work with Local and National Recruitment team to place both temporary and permanent Pharmacy Professionals at those facilities.

 

Scope of Position:

·  Building Relationships (Phone/Email/Onsite Meetings)

·  Contacting prospective and existing clients via telemarketing, onsite cold calls, scheduled appointments and follow-up service calls

·  Managing field employees

·  Presenting candidates to Pharmacy Management

·  Attend Job Fairs and Recruitment activities

·  Consult with clients to provide staffing solutions

·  Resolve client customer service issues

·  Negotiating contracts

·  Processing client orders

·  Developing and implementing comprehensive service solutions

·  Presenting informative and persuasive sales solutions over the phone, email and in person

·  Other duties as assigned by the Area Manager

REQUIREMENTS

·  Pharmacy industry and/or Medical Staffing experience

·  Must have superior communication skills

·  Must be proficient with MS Office

·  Strong phone and in person sales skills
