Pharmacy Manager - Home Infusion
Critical Care Systems is a leading national provider of specialty infusion pharmacy services, helping to reduce health care costs by providing and coordinating comprehensive clinical services necessary to ensure that patients receive care outside the hospital as comfortably and safely as possible.
Pharmacy Manager (Full-Time)
Direct our busy pharmacy and operations functions while preparing prescriptions, solutions and medications. You'll also conduct initial and ongoing assessments of specific patient, drug and disease information; conduct and revise patient plans of care; serve as the drug information resource to our sales force; and maintain your clinical skills and knowledge of pharmacotherapy and IV therapy through reviews of current literature and attendance at inservices, seminars and conferences.
You must have a valid Pharmacist license, BS in Pharmacy (Pharm D preferred), 2+ years’ current home infusion experience in a hospital and/or long-term care setting, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to perform “on-call” duties during off hours. Specialty experience in nutrition, pediatrics and/or infectious disease a plus.
